Benguerra Lodge

Benguerra Lodge is one of the oldest beach lodges in the Bazaruto Archipelago and accordingly has the benefit of possibly the best position on the beach -  a beautiful spot. 

There is a choice of accommodation at Benguerra, ranging from two Cabanas to the large Casitas and even larger private Villas.  All accommodation is of high quality, built of stone and thatch, and includes private plunge pools, with great beach views.  The villas are exceptional and your only choice if you want to bring your children with you, but Benguerra Lodge is more of a honeymoon destination.

Activities are your usual choice of beach and water sports, island visits, local village walks and land rover tours.  There is also a swimming pool and small spa, and the Lodge keeps a stable of 10 horses for rides along the beach.
